Fortnite Squad Comms
In Fortnite, communicating enemy positions and build strategies is crucial. If your microphone is too quiet, your squad can't hear you over the sounds of building, editing, and gunfire.
The Cruze Blast Fix
Cruze Blast fixes this by heavily amplifying your physical microphone up to 6000 dB before sending it to the Epic Games launcher. The built-in DSP noise gate makes sure you aren't broadcasting annoying keyboard noises to your teammates.
Fortnite Setup Guide
- Open Cruze Blast. Select your physical microphone as the Input Source.
- Select CABLE Input (VB-Audio Virtual Cable) as your Output Destination, and turn the engine ON.
- Open Fortnite Settings. Navigate to the Audio tab.
- Scroll down to Voice Chat. Change your Voice Chat Input Device to
CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable).
You can now test your voice chat and adjust the Cruze Blast gain slider if you need to be louder.
